4 Cutest Little Spots in Goa

cute spots in Goa

The other day, I was in a conversation with a friend who had just returned from Goa, and on asking her how the trip went, she replied, “It was a vibe.” That got me thinking. If there were ever words that came close to describing Goa, it would be ‘vibe.’

Sure, Goa is the best party destination, a perfect weekend getaway to dance the night away and drink till the sun rises, but there’s a whole other city within the city that has a different, almost endearing charm of its own.

If you are looking for a relaxed, calm vacation, we recommend you visit these cute little spots:

1. Cow Corner, Patnem

A cute little restaurant in the heart of Canacona, you get delicious bowls, bread, and, well, anything really. It’s out in the open, away from the chaos and noise of the city, and you can perch up your feet and spend hours basking in the silence.

2. Beyond Dosa, Anjuna

Anjuna is where the party’s at! But one party after the other gets you exhausted, and you reach a point where you want nothing but a serene place that serves hearty and homely food. Beyond Dosa has one of the most diverse menus we’ve ever seen with Szechuan dosas and paneer dosas and a whole bunch of other items that make you go, ‘how do they think of that? But no matter how eccentric the menu gets, there is always one guarantee: the food will never disappoint.

3. The Fisherman’s Cove, Candolim

The perfect spot during the night-time, this cozy area is a good getaway from the ‘popular’ and overly crowded party places of Goa, with a charm of its own. You can get your moves on with the chill vibe and live music with delicious food and amazing drinks!

4. Tree Top Tava, Agonda

You’re actually on a tree top. Overlooking the ocean. It’s magic before your eyes, especially as the sun sets and the warm staff and ambiance still the time, and you can sit for hours without even feeling the need to lift a finger. This place is different from the Goa we’re used to, but in a good way that still encapsulates what the city is all about: gorgeous beaches and one-of-a-kind hospitality.
