In my coaching and consulting work, I am frequently asked, “How can I read more?” Could you give me some book recommendations?
In the past, I would merely list the titles of a few books that came to mind. But I dug a little deeper and tried to figure out how individuals categorized “good books” and what “reading more” actually entailed.
After many discussions and observations, I’ve established that those who want to read “more” are seldom the ones who actually do so. A ‘good book’ is also one they can read all the way through.
Here are 7 “good books” I recommend to make a part of your reading list in 2023. If you do not have any such list yet, you have it now:
1. The Power Of Unwavering Focus – Dandapani

2. Karma: A Yogi’s Guide To Crafting Your Destiny – Sadhguru

3. Surrounded By Idiots – Thomas Erikson

4. 26 Marathons – Meb Keflezighi

5. Four Agreements – Don Miguel Ruiz

6. Personality Isn’t Permanent – Benjamin Hardy

7. The Power Of Full Engagement – Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz
