Last night you asked me,
Who, do I love more?
Coffee or You?
To tell you the truth,
I want to apologise, my moon
As you won’t be knowing,
The answer any time soon.
Although I want you to know that
Just like the coffee brews
In this cold winter morning
And walls turn warmer and browner.
Quite similarly, you flavour my life;
Slowly, then darker and
Stronger all at once.
