Tender Touch

poetry

His words were beautiful when he whispered them in my ears.

I didn’t wish him to see, but he drank my tears.

His lips on my skin set me frozen.

Healing some corner of my heart, broken.

His eyes were glowing, when they met mine.

Pulled me closer, sipping a glass of wine.

I resisted falling into his arms so warm.

He held my face, said there’s no harm.

I embarked to shiver when he moved a little closer.

Trying to feel my curvaceous body to lean over.

I let my fingers flow over his neck, feeling his veins.

Kissing his neck, leaving the lipstick stain.

His skin smelled like the scent of rain

Held me harder driving me insane,

His gentle touch on my waist left me breathless

My body flowing sensuously, wishing the night to be endless.
